The Southerly 35RS is a swing keel yacht built by Northshore Limited between 2005 and 2010. Only 29 boats were built over this time. The hull and superstructure are identical to the Southerly 110 that was built from 1999, of which 106 were built. The 35RS thus being the rarer of the sisters.
Both were swing keel yachts of 35' 6" (10.82m) length overall. The main differences being that the 35RS has raised seating enabling occupants to have fantastic all round views when seated at the main saloon table, whereas the 110 has a more traditional layout with the seating down below in the body of the saloon. Also, the 35RS has a taller mast, larger mainsail and self-tacking headsail.
